The "Why" Behind VDOT

We believe the best way to train is together. But since everyone runs at a different pace, how do we share the same track? That's where Track Sessions (TRASH) and VDOT come in.

By understanding your current fitness level through a VDOT score, we've grouped people with similar targets together to help share the difficulty and negative thoughts of running fast. Whether you're in Group A or Group C, you're doing the exact same workout intensity relative to your ability. No one gets left behind.
